A woman handcuffed naked by a Chandler police officer who entered her home illegally is planning to file a lawsuit against the city.

“I felt helpless. I felt violated. And honestly, I felt molested,” said Esmeralda Rossi.

Also here is the video, if anyone wants to see it.

So this cop forces himself into this woman's home, who was wrapped in her towel after stepping out the shower, then handcuffed her, which made her drop her towel while threatening to take her to jail.
All this just because he didn't like her attitude.

Then afterwords he was like "lol jk" by saying it was all lesson for her to understand how to treat and respect cops.

Honestly this is just so terrifying & disgusting.

What the hell is going on? What is she even being "arrested" for?
Now THIS is a case that doesn't even make a lick of sense, what are they arresting her for?

Why is it always with people of color? This is terrible. I am ashamed to be a part of the same species as this man...

See a dictionary for the word "sarcasm" :D

Back on topic... This is why cops get a bad rap. Abusing their powers.

Police arrived at Rossi’s home after receiving a call about an argument between her and her estranged husband.

Reasonable suspicion right there, therefore legally allowed to enter under the pretense of possible domestic violence.

Rossi also admits she took an attitude with the officer after he illegally entered her home.

You mean she wasn't greeting them with chocolates and flowers? You don't say....

Let the police do their jobs.

that cop should lose his job AND be arrested for sexual harassment, breaking into private property without warrant
heck, this could be considered a rape case.

Now this is bloody uncalled for. Who gives a rat's ass if she's naked, if it's in her house, it's not illegal for her to be naked?
Are there any additional details on wtf is going on yet?

Couldn't they get her some clothes to put on if they were going to arrest her... (you know, ask the daughter to get some clothes or something? and you know, not staring after the towel falls off...)

Let the police do their jobs.

You still can't enter peoples homes without the permission to.
