Honestly like,
how do you expect someone "to comply" when the officer was being a real dickhead? Its also freaking terrifying how police will just come out of nowhere, arrest you, then beat you or even kill you. Because they know they can. Just because they have a badge.

Honestly, they need to actually do something with the police abusing their power over civilians to hurt them.

You still can't enter peoples homes without the permission to.

.Im not trying to be mean but 95% of people who bring arguments about this have no clue as to how law enforcement works People like this woman are a disgrace, and I mean a disgrace. She had the cops called to HER house for fighting with HER ex-husband, and probably more because you know how people seem to forget their own wrongdoing.

Police aren't going to stand idly behind a door after being called there. If they have reason to believe something is going on, which it was, they have to reason to enter. It's simple as that.

You mean she wasn't greeting them with chocolates and flowers? You don't say....

Let the police do their jobs.

"After reviewing the incident, Chandler Police internal investigators determined Rose entered the home illegally and without probable cause. The investigation also determined that Rose didn’t document arresting or un-arresting the woman or the fact that she was naked."

"There was also no video from his body camera for the call, records show."

Yeah, what the cops did was illegally entering her home.

We know but this guy had no reason at all to treat her like the way he did though.
He had no reason to act like an ass, grab her, put her in handcuffs and with no clothes on just because he didn't like her attitude.
All that was not because of the call.
Who wouldn't get mad/irritated & scared over that especially when you're completely defensive and only God knows what this guy would do next.

"Serve & protect" my ass.

I like how he just said nobody has a clue on how enforcement works but thinks the police were in the right/could still legally enter into her home.

Everyone doesn't realize these are split second decisions. You get a call, you need to react and do your job, and go off what was told to you. It's different than being a desk worker, every single moment is tense and has to be treated like that.

having a badge doesn't give you the right to "do on your own"
there are warrants for a reason. guess why.

Let me be blunt, you and all the other people out there that sit comfortably in a chair, typing away against the police do not get the reality of it. You don't.
