We have liitle or no response from CR when is a major issue or ongoing problems ! A lot of issues ad we are left wondering since we get the standard replt from customer service!

The Tech Dept might get what is going on quicker if there was a montior / moderartor to check and reply to us what is going on!

The web host provider that CR uses for serving their content had system maintenance and datacenter related issues afterwards, and is most likely the highest contributing factor for the recent downtime.

It just keeps getting worse ! Two years of Work orders posting etc!
