I don't know if you actually bother to read your support forums, but if you look, 50% of users can't stream crunchyroll without stuttering, freezing, or just video that won't load full stop (even with good PC hardware and internet).

Crunchy is/was the best anime streaming service, which I am happy to pay for (when it works properly). Lot's of people have no trouble streaming from netflix/youtube/amazon prime in High Definition with no problem. This should also be the case with crunchyroll, but your system clearly has something wrong.

I really don't want to go back to illegal anime streams... For the sake of anime, and how much I love it, I really do want to pay for streaming like I do for CR, it's a theoretically amazing service, except half of the time it simply doesn't work properly.

Honestly, i have no problem with 720P and only and bit of a problem with1080P on Funimation. Could you at least make a windows 10 app where we don't have to use Cra--, I mean Flash.

I'm having problems streaming SD without stuttering which is ridiculous. It happens ONLY on Crunchyroll, nowhere else. I used to be able to watch 1080p without problems but that was in the past. The present just sucks.

Hey there. I see you are having some problems with the streams. Let me give you some of our more common fixes in this link. https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205402055-The-videos-aren-t-working-properly-What-s-wrong-

If that doesn't hep please send a request here so your request can be tracked. https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Now someone mentioned sending multiple tickets, I just wanna say please do not do this. It will not make the response faster, it'll just add more to the stack making everything slower. Keep us posted if the problem persists

Well then , your "support" people need to learn how to follow up . Basic customer service . I was corresponding with them . After they sent two replies they went silent . That is piss-poor service . We don't know how to fix the stream , so buy something else to use is not an answer !

I find it weird that a free site with a name that rhymes with 'yoyoanime' has a much better streaming service than Crunchyroll, I don't even know how this is possible. The support team can't help because either the video player or the servers (or both) are crap.

Crunchyroll is a big company that specializes in streaming anime. But they have two big flaws that makes people prefer other sites:

Anime:
The anime selection outside of the US is limited, and even by accessing the US selection, 5/10 animes I'm watching this season are not available.

Streaming:
Well, it stutters. Especially when scenes involve a lot of rendering. It's great that Crunchyroll offers 1080p, and this should increase their popularity, but it's impossible to watch!

Because Crunchyroll falls behind on anime selection which they cannot 'fix' without breaking copyright, one would think that they'd have a really clean streaming service to make up for it. It makes no sense...

It's possible because the free sites don't pay to host those animes, whereas CR has to pay for every single anime hosted on their site. But yes, that shouldn't be a reason to provide subpar service.

Me too. For over a week now, all the videos stutter, whether it's during prime time or not. Speednet measurements always came in as 7–11 ms (ping), 26–33 Mb/s (download) and 2.5–2.8 Mb/s (upload) whenever this problem was occurring.
