So, about a month ago, I got an email from crunchyroll telling me that my subscription had run out. This came as a surprise since I about a month before that redeemed a gift card worth three months of crunchyroll premium to my account. I went over to check the site to find out that crunchyroll can' make up it's mind whether I have premium membership or not. I go to m account and see membership status which tells me that I have premium memberhip because of the three month gift card. I go to watch a video and can only do so in 480p. I try to switch to a higher resolution, and I'm asked to buy premium. I try to do so, and I'm then told that I can't since I already have it.

This is getting exceedingly frustrating. I began troubleshooting with some of crunchyrolls staff about a month ago. He has for the second time not answered within a week of me writing him back. This time it didn't even help to write him a new mail. Is there anything I can do, or will I just have to jump ship? I'd hate to do that since Crunchyroll has been providing me with a good service until now, but if I can't get to watch anime, even when I try to buy premium AGAIN, then I guess there isn't much else I can do.
