Okay first time I am totally mad at crunchyroll I have emailed my information and yet I still get automated emails in reply and yet nothing gets done I now owe more than crunchyroll is worth having as I only keep a certain amt in that account for Netflix and crunchy everymonth and the overdraft is killing me ...... no way to get ahold of anyone other then to email support please help me get a phone number to them or a different email that I can actually talk with someone...

I have a separate credit card set aside for netflix, crunchyroll, and other recurring subscription charges. That way, if I can't get hold of a website's staff for overcharging me I can contact the credit card company and claim a fraudulent charge with them. I then link the card to automatically take out from my checking account no more than the total amount of all the subscriptions every month, so it is always automatically paid off just like it would be if I had the subs draft from my bank account directly. Then when something like a double-charge happens, there are no overdraft fees and the charge can be contested before any interest could be incurred, either. It is also very easy to see when anyone steals my credit information, because the limited number and type of regular transactions makes any other purchases extremely obvious.

I know this won't help you with your current issues but it has saved me a lot of heartache in the past and is not a bad way to go forward.

We didn't double bill you. You actually had no money on your account in July, which prompted your bank to hold the charge for July back until there was actually money on it. Which means that they held the charge off for almost an entire month until the 1st of August. If you check your July statement you will see that there was no charge by us.

I think one of my colleagues is already looking at your ticket currently.
