My premium account was stolen, what should I do?

A few days ago I noticed my premium account (bbobjs) was stolen and my email was changed. I'm not a particularly active user so I don't have a great estimated time frame on when it was stolen but it was probably within the last week or two. I emailed customer support on Tue, Aug 4, 2015 at about 7:37 AM PDT and got an automatically generated email response that said "we will work our hardest to get you a response within two business days."

It's been about 4 business days, almost a business week, going into a weekend and there been no follow up. Is there something else I should be doing? Based on a glance of the posts on this board it seems like there's been an account hijacking spree so I'm not super upset about waiting if that's the process, I just wanta feel assured someone is working on it.

No problem. Sorry it took so long, ticket had ended up in the wrong category because the system flagged it as a different type of issue.
