I've seen a lot of threads, they seem scattered, going from discussion to some recipe stuff maybe just gather all the general banter into ONE thread and combine all the GOODNESS.

So yeah I've been photographing my meals that I've been pretty happy with!
I'll give a title and a rough description of what each one is.

So in this thread, post PICTURES or PHOTOS of meals that YOU HAVE COOKED YOURSELF, not the internet.

Fried salmon with lemon and batter , deep fried steak chips & a lemon in half/quarters.

Fried fish with flour batter and potatoes.

Roast Potato & Pumpkin , Slow cooked shredded pork & sausage rissoles with gravy.

Chicken carbonara, melted cheese and mixed veg pasta.

Chicken Patties with melted cheese in the middle & mixed/stir fry veg.

a coffee

well there's most of the meals I've done, potato quality from my phone so yeh, I hope you guys like the effort I put into making this thread and all that blah blah

Keep it active please!

Change the white balance and decrease the ISO, then increase the exposure and you'll get better photos of your food... Then also take the photos in camera raw so you'll be able to easier post process the images in photoshop camera raw or lightroom (or both)

Rainbow bread for my friend's birthday.

Mini apple pies.
I mostly bake but I have cooked a lot. I have made more than that, it's just I didn't photograph it. I took it with my phone so it's not very good quality.

Sorry about the rotating pics. I tried to fix but I'm posting from the phone and it seems to hate me.

Spicy soon tofu with American wagyu and white beech mushrooms

Chicken, cheese, and corn cream stew with broccoli and potato

Chirashi bowls

My own version of "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall" with shark fin soup, Hokkaido scallops, chicken, winter bamboo shoots, Japanese flower mushroom, pork rib meat. Probably the hardest and most expensive thing I've made. Took 4 days to make, haha.

I make my own usable lard for cooking and end up with crunchy pork bits that I eat with sugar and soy sauce. The gooey, thick semi-sweet Taiwanese soy sauces are good for this. The Japanese kinds are too salty for this. Good pork belly is something I prefer grilled or in soup, though. Thin slices for stir-fry and soups. Thick slices are not bad pan fried with fermented black soybeans, either, but I will never deep fry them or anything.

While I don't have many pictures of my cooking, here's just two of my favorite things to make

Buttered and pan grilled English Muffin, Over Easy Eggs, and Hashbrowns with Cheese mixed into them.

5 Cheese Ziti (Got the recipe from here: http://www.food.com/recipe/olive-garden-five-cheese-ziti-al-forno-202833)
