Taiwanese minced pork with marinated eggs. Doesn't look like much and lighting sucks but it takes almost as long to prep its ingredients as those in shark fin soup. A lot cheaper, though.
The big pot is in the fridge. I keep a small pot warm in the slow cooker to eat.
