Its just me or the anime of Monster Musume was taken of CrunchyRoll. I was just watching it yesterday and today it says that for license issues it is not here (im from Mexico) what the heck?

It hasn't been taken off, but it's not available in Mexico. Maybe yesterday your region was being detected incorrectly? [ETA: Hmmm. Actually, Mexico is supposed to be included there in Latin America. If you go to Contact Us, does it correctly detect you in Mexico? (scroll down -- there should be a box that says where it thinks you are).]

From a subsequent update, new territories were added:

If you are currently in Mexico when watching and not travelling elsewhere, then try clearing your browser cookies and re-logging in.

If that fails, go to the bottom of the contact page and see what country is being detected: /help?topic=contact (look for the section that says "Your system details" under the forms. Maybe your ISP is having some new addresses which are not being detected correctly.

Also, what little country flag do you see at the bottom of the page in the 4th column next to Language (Idioma)?

Edit: I see the only subtitle languages are English, French, Italian and "none", so if you have selected something other than those as your default /acct/?action=video, then that could also hide the show from you.

Even check the site language selected (by the little flag). That may possibly also affect what choices you may see....

Well i live in Mexico, im not traveling. When i saw it i was using the CrunchyRoll App in my Xbox One but now i was using it from my computer, i don't know if that is relevant but i still don't see the serie from the computer.

At the bottom of any CR web page what flag and what language are highlighted for you? Mine is US flag and US language. Yours should be Mexican flag but (probably) you should have English, not Español, because there are not Spanish subtitles available for the web player.


Also in the video preferences page /acct/?action=video you should have "mature" and "English" selected:

Change your default language to English on the video preferences page... Right now it is blank. If that doesn't work, remove any CR cookies you may have and log back in again. If that doesn't work, then I'm at a loss for what else to try.

I already tried and the show still don't appear, i just checked on my Xbox and it disappear on it too so i guess they just took it out of the Mexico Library. Still thanks for the help thou

To watch the series you have to put on duty page in Spanish so that the series will appear .

Hey won't you look at that, i just refresh the page in the morning and it just appeared. I guess it was a mistake from the system.
