I'm sure one will become available eventually.

Windows 10 is multi-platform.

While this wouldn't be an app, you can easily do that for the website itself and have it on your taskbar. Something for the meantime I suppose.

They just have to port it from Xbox one to windows 10 and that`s it.

It shouldn't be too terribly hard, MS has been working to make porting to Windows 10 universal apps as easy as possible in hopes that developers will add their apps to the relatively meager selection in the Windows app store. I think Visual Studio will allow the reworking of iOS and Android apps in Objective C and Java respectively. I don't know if they've added support for Swift.

Windows 10 isn't just PC. It's a cross platform operating system currently working on phones, tablets, PC's, TV's, Xbox and a bunch of other crap. I'm the first to admit, a CR app for win10 would serve me no purpose since I just use PC's however if CR doesn't take the jump then they're missing out on a great opportunity to make a crap ton of cash and capitalize on a new platform since no other anime distributer (to my knowledge) have made a win10 app

it's not that simple, maybe you should try to make a web app and then port it to a new eco system... then you'll see how hard that is..
