Hi guys
I feel dissapointed and have lost hope. About 2 months ago, I ordered a set from Crunchyroll store, I didn't use this account tho becuz of a confusing reason ok. How can I rate an item that isn't sitting there in my home? Please tell me. I still haven't got it. Do I feel happy? No I feel sad and like I'll never get it. The store itself has gorgeous exclusives and hard to get items but don't get me wrong, the delivery is terrible.

Btw if it ever comes, I'm gonna ask the delivery guy why my package is so late. I'm gonna tell him/her that item was £63 +£20 postage. honestly you can get next day delivery for free or less than £5 at most places so late delivery here I can't excuse and am frustrated.

i can understand what your saying, i bought something 3 months ago and it still hasnt been shipped but to be fair this isnt just crunchyrolls fault they have to buy some of there stuff from other companys and sometimes its the other companys that are running late with shipping the product to crunchyroll

All I can say is that a lot of the items in the store that i look at seem to be pre-order items that wont be sent out for for months or maybe even a year ( that's the reason why i don't buy anything from the store because of the long time windows)
I suggest looking at the item again and making sure it wasn't pre-order or something which could be the one cause
If its not a pre-order I would contact crunchyroll and see what the hold up is

I am losing faith with the store. Either it is only the items I am interested in or some other factor that be. I have been sitting on many orders that the "shipping" date is pushed back by the same response of: "the manufacture did not produce enough and we are waiting on stock."
