Since support doesn't want to answer via email:

Need an update this or I will file a credit card dispute. Paid for a service that is unusuable and support seems content on letting the issue persist.

To reiterate:
My account was [email protected] (user name Spruchy). When I login through the website using email I do not have premium nor my queue lists anymore. My PS4 remains logged in and with the right queue/membership status.

Please advise.

I'm on pc, and viewing your user page(Spruchy), it shows premium status, with the star symbol.

If your account was hijacked by someone, they may have been able to change the email associated. However, then you wouldn't have been able to log in at all using that same email...

Try clearing browser cache and logging in with your username instead(Spruchy) as opposed with the email. Not sure it'll help but worth a try...

Thanks, but unfortunately I can login with the email and it brings me to this new account. Username the password is incorrect, so I think you're right and the account was hijacked. Simple fix, but CR support is being unresponsive.
