I'm agnostic, but I really can't see it. I imagine him as more of the type of person who would spend his spare time volunteering and doing hands on hobbies like camping and hiking. I guess like the others on this thread, I also think he would be too busy. All the pictures I saw of him as a child, he was always doing something, so I guess that's why I would think he's so busy all the time.

Lmao. This actually got me to laugh. And I rarely show any reaction to anything. Well played sir.

And now... my coworkers are freaked out.

I just imagine the man Jesus standing there, feet glued to the floor not knowing if he should run as he watches the flickering images of One Piece going across the screen. He is keeping a wary eye on you because you are his captor, and most likely a witch that conjured up the unclean creation he is witnessing. You later take him to 7-11 and show him how to "wheez the juice".

I was thinking today he would have twitter feed and instagram so maybe a little more free time maybe? Would be cool to see his selfies lol

Neither Jesus or Buddah would be an anime fan since, they both rejected materialism.

Jesus Christ would've noped the hell out after realizing how much they profit off what God considers sinful, I imagine.

I'm gonna pretend for a moment this isn't a joke thread.

I think more than anything Jesus has better things to do than consume a lot of works of fiction of any medium. That said, it's obvious that there can be themes in any good work of fiction, anime or otherwise, which are in accordance with Christian values. The OP indicated as much, although 俺物語 is probably the only genuinely good example from that list imo. These themes come in varying degrees, and there are often too many negative themes outweighing the good. Nevertheless there's not much reason to think God would feel particularly different about anime compared to any other secular art form.
