Good afternoon!

I've been trying to find places that are more accepting of selling/ trading manga and collectibles. I tried eBay and it doesn't seem like it's a place people go for this type of stuff.

I was going to try Amazon, but I feel like the same types of people are on there that are on eBay. So, is there a forum or a website or a skype group of some sort where people go to sell their old manga or figures?

I'd appreciate any suggestions and advice as to where to go for this type of this!

Probably Craigslist is your best bet aside from Ebay, provided you live in a decently populated area. Maybe a garage sale would be ok as well, but you'd probably have to practically give it away to get them to move.

Honestly, even though there's millions of us fans out there it's still a pretty niche hobby. So it will never be particularly easy to sell used items like that when the market is so limited.

I just take mine to the anime store and they give me a pretty good deal on my stuff.

Thanks everyone.

@ Balzack, yeah, I pretty much figured that was the case. I loved my manga and only read through them once or twice. I usually prefer watching the anime in comparison to reading the Manga, so, point taken. I guess I'll see if I can just get rid of it all at Salvation Army or something. I feel horrible doing that - they're pretty much new and only opened once to be read once.

I would say Craigslist, as already mentioned. I know that there isn't place where I live that I could get rid of anything, not that I could ever bring myself to do such things. I also would feel bad for abandoning such precious things at a Goodwill or Salvation Army. I would at least list it on eBay first just in case it can find a good home. I've also posted things on Instagram before to sell and that worked out well.

You could give them to your local library. I'm pretty sure you don't get money for it but if your can't get a deal it's an option.
