I try to everyday but I forget a lot at night because I'm so tired. I've always had healthy gums and teeth so missing a few days doesn't really matter.

only if I actually have food between my teeth. Brushing removes most everything else that isn't already washed down with some water. If there's actually something between my teeth, I'll know.

Flossing really serves no purpose other than shifting large pieces of debris. So yes, because it makes me feel less self-conscious.

Nope. Doc says I've got perfect teeth and healthy gums. I just brush twice a day and then mouthwash.
