I've tried repeatedly to add any item at all to my cart or wishlist but it just says "sorry, an error occured" without any other explaination. I've tried using IE, firefox, and chrome and nothing changes. I tried while logged out and logged in and it made no difference. Afterwards when trying to browse the store literally everything was listed as unvailable. I tried to add thing to my cart or wishlist on my phone, computer, and my other 2 roomies computer and theirs couldn't get it either. I later tried to access the store at my workplace and it worked there. I'm kind of at a loss as to how to resolve this issue or what the exact issue is with accessing it from home.

I had the same problem with Global Rakuten. They advised clearing the browser cache then cold booting my PC (I'm not sure what you would do on a smartphone or Mac).
Following their instructions it worked fine but I still have to clear the cache and re-start every so often.
(I'm using Win7 on a desktop PC).
