I grew up and currently live kinda in a ghetto neighborhood and it just naturally became part of my vocabulary. Still use it to this day, none of my friends care, all of them use it too. I'm actually quite sure anyone that's not an authority figure uses it quite casually here... So to we who live here it's just another diss that you need to be ready to back up with your fists if you wanna call someone out. :\

The meaning of words are heavily influenced by context.

Well n***a means something different or atleast be used different, as slang for mostly a friend or close.
Things was more:

But still why do we use it so often in some places and sometimes I just find it stupied that they can accept it while the others can't like "hey n****!" he responds "Oh hey.. n****" .... "Oh wait what did you say n****?!"
-_-

N***a can be used in almost every situation. In love or hate. Like "that's my motherfucking n***a" or for instance when I'm reading replies here on the forum my first thought is usually "yeah, okay n***a..." It's a very flexible word.

Yeah but why some people have to make it such a negative word?
First its allright that guy said it but when an other guy replies with the exact same word back its negative?

It all depends on who says it and when it's said, based on a fluid set of unspoken rules. In other words, if you don't know the n***a don't try and say it...

Basically its apart of culture. Its reclaiming a word that was used against us for a long period of time.
Its understanding from the point of person from i.e South Africa. It is mainly used by black people in the US, so it contributes down mainly to african-american culture. I am black, and my school is predominantly black, so its easy to figure out the difference between the terms. Hang out with some more black people, it could be easier to understand then.
Like someone said before, its all about context.

Thats true, it also depends on how the word is used and who its used by.
My statement was merely covering a large portion of the argument that people like to focus on,

There's no point to words that cannot be used. Don't let Manginas, cunts and liberalism screw up your vocabulary.

The free speech of Google+, YouTube and Reddit is what makes them so popular. Tone policing and leftist insane asylum advocates seek to destroy freedom to build their ideology of broken dreams.

Anyway, nigga please. The word is fine to use, they post them in gifs all the time here.
