Subbed for me. You miss a lot of subtleties in the dub. For instance, the Kanehamea has this very ominous hum when being charged in the original. And of course the VAs are altogether better. Norio as Cell is GOAT.

I didn't mind watched dragon ball subtitled. I couldn't bear listening to adult Goku with his kid voice so I only watch dubbed for that.

In the original dragon ball, I think subbed is better for some parts, and has cool songs.

I prefer the sub dialogue, but I cannot sit through episodes of Masako's voice. I simply cannot stand it.

Dubbed, all the way. The english VAs did an excellent job. And i cannot sit through an entire episode that sounds like half the cast inhaled helium.

Dubbed, the subbed voices are annoying.

The subs have Adult Goku voiced by old lady. Your argument is invalid!

DBZ is literally the only anime that exists that I can't watch subbed.

When Funi redid DBZ and cut out the filler I was almost to the point of jubilation. When I tried to rewatch it I found it still had too much filler. It could be the new redo is great if you're an 8 year old watching it for the first time. Yea, that. Trouble is anyone with critical thinking skills or anyone with an abstract set of thinking skills will get bored. Events take too long to bear fruit, for better or not. DBZ still needs editing imho.

Dubbed. You cannot top English voice actor Goku in his prime. Piccolo, Cell; man cells final form, that voice acting was top quality.

There are only few anime where I prefer the dubbed version, Dragon Ball Z just had that charm and feel to it, it had a lot more emotion in it than any of your typical dubbed anime nowadays, that's why I loved it, so hype. Like I actually get pumped watching the dubbed version.
