A small, important question regarding PSN...
Posted 8/17/15
My real-life sister-in-law blocked someone on there months ago, never getting on the block list to remove him as she never wants contact with this creep ever again, but she has received messages from him just today, can anyone tell me if this is normal? Who do I contact at Sony to seek help about this?

Go into account management, Privacy settings(it's at the very bottom), enter your password and change "Receive Messages" to "Friends Only"

It's not normal to receive messages from someone again if you have blocked them. There is away to report abusive users on the actual PSN website. Just log in there and report it. Not really sure how they got around the block messages.. Obviously I don't work for PSN. SOrry for the issues tho

No Problem! If it continues to be an issue.. I highly suggest reporting it from the PSN website tho.
