On July 18th 2015 I decided to purchase a 3 month subscription for $20 as advertised. This payment went through without a problem. However for some reason there was a free trial added to my account, and then when the trial expired it tried to charge me $6.95 which didn't go through. Because of that I have been demoted back to a normal member.

I have been a premium member for over a year and never had this issue. My account became a member around August 2nd and I have put in 4 to 5 tickets about this issue. I have provided all the information that was requested each time. NO STAFF ARE GETTING BACK TO ME!


I have now gone over 2 weeks without what I paid for and I am seriously starting to dislike Crunchyroll in the way they treat me. I am suppose to get VIP service, this is VIP? This is more like "Screw you, thanks for your money"

I'm trying to get the 3 months I paid for without having to go to my bank to dispute the payment. It's a hassle and it really would take a few moments for CR to fix. Aka reactivate my account for 3 months or fully refund my PayPal and I'll redo the purchase.

My most sincere apologies for not getting back to you. I'm not 100% sure what happened, but I'm here and I'll take care of your issue myself. For starters, could you please PM me your Paypal address and I'll see what steps I'll need to take to get this sorted out?

Fixed your status. You somehow managed to set up 2 concurrent subscriptions via Paypal, which messed with the activation of the 90 day membership. Also added some extra days of premium to make up for the time you spent in the limbo.
