I tried to cancel my account that I made for my daughter 7 or 8 times. Them back on the 14 I was still billed. I sent an email to customer service telling them this and asking for a refund. The next day i get a message asking for my credit card info so they can take care of this. Now it has been four days and I have heard nothing, and still no refund. This is bullshit. Looks like I am going to haveto report this as fraud. I worked in customer service and this is apalling. My mortgagehas now bounce because of this. I know the mmonthly fee is not that much but when you hit cancel several times and it still will not cancel your account and you don't expect the fee it can screw you. I will be finding a number to call from my card company and will be doing some ass chewing because even if i do get the refund right now, I will still have to wait 5 to 10 days for it to be back in my account. I really hope you are registered with the BBB because I will be contacting them.

Give it more time to wait. You're blowing things way out of proportion with your BBB threat. Just wait and let the Crunchyroll staff take care of it.

If that was a monthly subscription, I would think someone's mortgage check bouncing over an additional $6.95 charge to their bank account indicates a far bigger problem than CR not responding promptly.

I'll admit I was getting frustrated with CR's customer service when I was having to deal with them recently. The response was fairly slow and I got tired of having to explain the same problem repeatedly since their department's internal communication appears to be poor.

Still, they did stick it out and the issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

I'm sorry that you've gotten into a tough financial spot but to be frank, as others said, you are partly to blame here as well. You really shouldn't have signed up for the premium account to begin with if your finances are tight enough that less than $10 is likely to make or break a mortgage payment.

I am on disability so every dollar counts. I used to work in customer service and we would have been shut down if it took us this long. If your internet whent down and the customer service was like this you would switch providers. I had this budgeted until I canceled it.

But you weren't able to confirm it was cancelled, so you should have been more cautious.

Has anyone actually called the BBB? lol, I did once... they are pretty cut and dry for everything. They really DO NOT care about employers or costumers. As long as a business follows there set guide lines... those guide lines are not very customer oriented.

What is your daughter's account's username? I'm just a mod, but I can try looking as well.

Not being able to cancel sounds like the account had a pending unpaid charge on it at the time.
I'll try looking up your ticket and solving it for you.
