Emailed 2 days ago no help, just the email saying it was received. Really aggravated. Still want the service but this is a bit ridiculous. I had the free trial. Canceled but now I actually do want it but it keeps trying to give me the trial and then says I already had it...WHICH I KNOW...just give me the service and let me pay for it!

Literally had to search google for why I couldn't sign up for premium. Whomever is in charge of user experience and/or billing at Crunchyroll needs a new job.

Thanks! However, it's not on the page that matters. A quick google search shows several people running into the issue. Businesses shouldn't make it confusing or complicated when a potential customer wants to give them money.

Keep in mind that those pages did not work at all for a while.
I had to request the helpdesk to change my subscription to premium plus, as it was absolutely impossible to upgrade to plus.
Even when I select premiumplus, it always said, welcome to premium. They were not even able to change it to premium plus, but they were able eventually to give me premium and on the next billing cycle auto-upgrade it to premium plus. It took a lot of mails though.
So there are bugs, probably due to the different payment types allowed.
