Now I don't expect many people to know the feeling of being handcuffed, but recently my brother was given hand cuffs to prosecute any thief in Home Depot since he is a Manager. He asked me if I wanted to know the feeling of being handcuffed.

Originally it doesn't hurt as much as you think it would, but the person cuffing you has the ability to make it tighter, each time they tighten it, the feeling gets worse. Just moving my hand was a hard task without having an expression of pain on my face.

Now this brought an idea to my mind, some cops nowadays have bad images as some happen to beat victims or shoot them without a rational excuse. I say some because I know a lot of Cops that are like family to me.

Recently I found on the news a Miami officer suspended for beating a Hand Cuffed victim.

What would you do in a situation where an officer is trying to tighten your cuffs to give you pain? Would you resist? Or would you quietly try to take in the pain?

I came in thinking it was about something kinky. I'm kinda disappointed now.

If a cop was tightening the handcuffs to harm me, I'd politely ask for him or one of his associates to just slightly loosen them a notch. Polite is hard for people these days though. I wouldn't ask though if I did something really fucked up like harming other people. That's just Karma at that point, so fuck me.

Most will check them and loosen them if you ask nicely.

Found some discussion on it:

I've had the same experience when helping out with practical exercises at the academy. The trainees sometimes will leave the cuffs loose because they think they are being gentle. The result is that the cuffs curve outward at the pivot, forming a pressure point, and the exposed teeth on the ratchet arm stick out, sometimes hurting the back if you sit down.

A handcuff that is too loose will actually be more painful in the long run than a cuff thats "just right". A loose cuff will twist and bind and ride on the knob on the side of the wrist. I'd rather have cuffs on too tight than too loose.

I always check them....sometimes loosen them. (not for their comfort though....but to make sure circulation isn't cuff off) If they stop moving around, it won't hurt so bad.

If his hands aren't turning blue or they haven't cut into the skin then there's nothing wrong. They're not meant to feel like silk ropes, people.

Yup, there's my standard answer. "They're not supposed to be comfortable."

I've said, "I suppose I could've broke out the fur-lined ones, but you're just not up to my standards for those...."

I learned my lesson early... trying to be nice and gentle, i didn't put cuffs on a slightly combative juvenile female... when she snatched her hands through the cuffs... i learned my lesson... If i put cuffs on someone, they are on tight. If they are on tight, then my prisoner aint going no where...

Lol, didn't we all.

As for the OP, I've been handcuffed twice before (I won't bother going into detail about why). It doesn't hurt that bad from what I remember unless you start getting jerked around a lot. I wouldn't advise giving them any reasons to get rough with you.

if you aren't resisting arrest or trying to struggle and go without a fight, most of the time they're fairly generous and keep em fairly slack and ask if they're not too tight.

Servant x Service (not a bad anime to watch either)

By the way, a nifty trick to figure out where a picture/gif is from is to simply right click on the picture/gif and choose "Search Google for this image"

Often that will provide you with an answer.

If the person knows what they're doing handcuffs dont hurt. I've been hand cuffed several times and not once was it uncomfortable, then again I didnt resist so that helps.
