Paid for it yesterday on the 20th and it said my subscription will renew on that day, nothing. Tried to pay again but it says I already do have premium, check again-no benefits

Looks like you made a duplicate account and are logged into the wrong one.

That can't be the case since I only have one account. When I go on payment history it says I haven't paid anything so when I try to pay again I get the same message.

These are iTunes purchases, so you would need to contact iTunes support. If you look at the price, our prices are slightly cheaper than theirs. I also believe iTunes collects tax as well. I'm afraid Apple handles all payments made through their company, so if you contact them and show them your receipt, they'll be able to help you out.
