Pyron smiled, laughing quietly when she kissed him. "Would you like to go get them now?" He asked. "I can fly you there." His smile widened- it was then that he realized that he would be able to have someone to do things with now. "If not I can always just get right to showing you all about being a guardian!" He said. "If you want to guard me, I figure I can teach you everything about us." He grabbed her again in his excitement.

With Pyron
Khalifa Winter

"Oh, well if you wouldn't mind, I would love to go right now. And if you flew me there, you would get to meet my parents. I'm sure everyone would be happy to see you!" She smiled, her wings keeping her level with his face. "Once I get settled, you can start teaching me things. Is that all right?" she asked just before he grabbed her again. Khalifa saw his hand coming and closed her wings to keep them from getting crushed. "Does this mean that we'll have to go back through the tunnels or is there a faster way out?" Khalifa asked him.

Pyron nodded, quickly turning around and rushing down the stairs. "I haven't been to the tribe in a while! We usually wait until they come to us." He laughed. "There is." He said. He wasn't one for running but walked rather quickly outside and up the tunnel. "I suppose i've already met your mother." He said. They reached the clearing, the tunnel opening up into the area between the volacoes. On the other side of the clearing were the tunnels. "Of course not." He said, putting her down. Imstead, he burst out into flame, his dragon form emerging. He had mainly bright red scales, but occasionally a black one would litter the sea of red. He leaned down in order for her to climb up on him. Technically she could fly up, but he thought it polite.

Khalifa Winter

"Haha, I guess you have met my mother, but I don't think you remember all the women you sleep with, right?" Khalifa stood and watched with amazement in her eyes as he transformed before her. He was absolutely beautiful. She pressed her hand to his side, feeling his sleek scales. "I love this form," she said more to herself, though he could till hear her. Flying up, she settled herself down at the base of his neck and trusted her reflexes to help her ride. After all, she knew no one who instructed others how to ride Pyron in his dragon form. It wasn't a class they had offered at the academy where she trained.

Pyron shook his head. "I don't." His voice was strange when he was in this form. It sounded like two voices instead of one, overlapping on top of each other. He stood and with a powerful push of his wings took off, up into the sky above the volcanoes. He tried to fly slow so that she wouldn't fall off, but it was still rather fast. He headed towards the main islands, assuming that was where she lived.

Khalifa Winter

When they arrived, Khalifa flew down and landed lightly on her feet. She ran her hands through her hair once or twice so it didn't look quite so wind-swept. "That was quite an enjoyable ride, Lord Pyron. My home is about a five minute walk from here, of course, you might only need to take a step," she said up to him.

Many people stopped what they were doing to come out and see who had arrived. It was no surprise that everyone was happy to see him. He took care of his tribe well, and even if they didn't know him, they knew he cared. Some of the younger ones even came up and touched his scales, not intimidated, like some of the adults.

"This way," Khalifa said as she made her way to her home. When they got there, her family was already waiting for them outside. Her mother hugged her tightly and pulled back, tears swelling in her eyes with pride. Her father kissed her head and hugged her as well.

Pyron transformed back once the children were done touching him, although the was still a giant. He looked at her mother. He didn't think he recognized her, but perhaps her mannerisms would jog his memory. He kneeled down by them. It was interesting to see her father, with him being her sire. He always liked meeting them, although some found it awkward.

Aldaris looked at Isi as she spoke. Even at the face of possible death, she kept her cool. That is indeed respectable in his eyes. His eyes returned to Pryon. He slowly went through his experience with the guardian of fire and found it memorable. He felt a sense of pride when Pyron told him he was a capable fighter. Good, that shows he was no longer weak and helpless like before.

He was slowly changing. For better or for worse, he has no idea yet. But maybe this girl and his lord would set his path straight. Maybe he wouldn't have to fall to the dark just to achieve his dream...

[omg I thought I replied to this]
Pyron blinked. "Hmm?" He usually didn't think about how he grabbed people to talk to him, it came as second nature to him. "I'm not angry. My apologies for my outburst." He said. There were few things that made him loose his temper, but once he did, it was nearly impossible to control him. He looked to Aldaris. "I do not recommend continuing on your path." He said.

OOC: It's cool. We have a busy week today anyway. *Shrugs*

"I know, my lord, and I fully agree. Now, I am unsure as to what element would be suited to me. I think I must meditate...and travel..." He trailed off as he thought of what to do next. The path he chose once was a mistake. Absolute power in exchange for the spirit. Not a price he would be willingly pay. He's at a crossroads once again. His choices and the people around him would affect the future. He chuckled a bit before smiling. "Lord Pyron...that was an interesting match. At least I got to see a facet of fire in its purest..."

Khalifa Winter

Khalifa's mother had passed down her blue eyes to her daughter, as well as her rose-pink hair. Her dragon-like pupils, however came straight from her sire.

Thea, her mother, bowed to Pyron, as did the rest of the family. "Lord Pyron, it has been many years since I saw you last. You are looking as bright as ever." She smiled and rubbed Khalifa's arm gently. "Are you here to collect my daughter's things? You've accepted her as a guard, my lord?"

Her father, Dorn, had always felt that while his daughter had come from a union between his wife and their guardian, that she was still his daughter. He'd raised her, played with her, clothed her, taught her how to fight and control her fire. And yes, knowing the large guardian before them had been intimate with his wife was a little off-putting, he wouldn't trade his daughter for anything. He bowed his head to the guardian and straightened. "Will you be staying long, Lord Pyron?"

Pyron chuckled. "Thank you." He nodded. "Yes! I'm going to begin teaching her on matters involving the guardians as soon as we move her in." He smiled. "Only as long as you'll have me." He said. He was excited to start but also enjoyed talking with members of his tribe. "Are you two benders?" He asked. He figured that at least one of them was, given that Khalifa was so gifted.

"Hmmm... Well sir, this is just a question and I am fine with any answer. Since you are trying to find yourself and who you are would you consider coming with me. I have no destination or home, just traveling and learning and what not but we could make a good team. I hope I am correct with assuming that you are a hunter and maybe instead of just killing any bender you find maybe you could help the world by only going for murderers or people who commit terrible crimes that are also benders? While I am not one for killing at all, this seems as a good idea if you wish to continue on your path as a hunter. If you don't then even if you wanted a traveling companion, I'll be there for you." Isi smiled warmly at him. She would understand if he said no to her offer, either way she wished him luck.

Aldaris heard her declaration and offer. His heart grew light after hearing those words. Such naive and determined...by the guardians, they need more people like her.

He looked at her, pondering his decision. After weighing the pros and cons of the offer, he nodded slowly. "Your points are sound and the offer is fair. If you are truly willing, then my spirit would be gladdened if this hunter journey with you. I planned on traveling to the realms where the elements are at their peak. I wish to meditate or observe the elements at their purest; maybe then I would be granted a simple glimpse on what element calls for my very being."

This maybe a good thing. To travel with someone would help alleviate a lot of stress and loneliness as opposed to traveling alone. Maybe he could achieve peace if he has at least one person with him...

Thea smiled and hugged her daughter to her. "We're so proud of you! I always knew you'd end up doing great things." Releasing her, she turned back to the guardian. "Well, Dorn is the bender. I'm a bearer. I taught her how to use other weapons though, such as the dagger she has strapped to her leg. That was only one of many though."

Dorn smiled proudly at both his wife and daughter and nodded to Pyron. "Of course, we'd be happy to have you for as long as you're staying, though you might not fit in our house at your current height."

Khalifa laughed at that and smiled up at the 80 creature. "He's right, Lord Pyron, you'd barely be able to fit your toes through the door let alone your entire body."
