The main island in the ring of fire. There are no volcanoes here, however there are some in the neighboring islands. The majority of people in the fire tribe live here. It's a very build-up area.

They knew her by her hair,
by the way she treaded in the dirt,
and the way she easily dirtied her long dress.
Smiling broadly- a flower in hand,
she gleefully sauntered past several civilians.
Had to only to stop before a grand cafe.
With her smile remaining, she walked in.
And told the man behind the counter,
"The usual, please."

Daria walked into the cafe. She had just arrived in town and she needed something decent to drink. She walked to the counter and stood beside the woman already there and spoke to a second employee. "I'll have, uh..." She had started to order without looking at the menu. The woman beside her looked like someone with good taste. "What she's having." Daria smiled. With luck, the woman's taste lined up with her own.

The man of the counter had nodded,
before receding to gather and mix the drinks.
He had come back shortly later
and offered both the girls theirs.
Zeva sipped her rich, thick tasting drink
and smiled wholesomely toward the new arrival.
"You must be new here." She said- kindly.

Daria thanked the man who had prepared her drink. She had a habit of smelling anything new to her before she ate or drank it, and was doing so when the woman spoke to her. "Huh? Oh, yeah." She lowered her drink and looked at the woman properly. "Just wandered in, actually." She returned the smile.

"Ah, I see."
Her melodic voice echoed the cafe.
It had sounded like music almost- singsong.
"I'm just a regular here."
She tried to make conversation.
"Are you from around these parts?"
She sipped her drink again.
"Or are you a traveler?"

"I'm a traveler. There's too much to do and see in this world for me to stay in one place." Not that there's anything wrong with staying in one place." Daria grinned. "Not that there's anything wrong with staying in one place." She hoped she hadn't somehow offended the woman. Some people were very attached to their towns.

He molded the clay, shaping it carefully and delicately in his large hands. Sleeves rolled, the fabric was tight against his arms. Wiping a bead of sweat from his skin, he smeared gray across his cheek and continued to work in the heat of summer. Admittedly, he wasn't as good as the benders back at home. They needn't touch the clay to create beautiful series of ceramics. However his own intricate details and balance in his work had his pieces always selling.

She laughed receptively.
"No, no, no."
Her laughter peaked and boiled and finally subsided.
"A life of adventure." She said- thrilled.
"I certainly want one one day."
And Zeva hurriedly finished her drink.

Her long, flowy skirt beckoned in the wind,
and as she walked it skipped with her.
Stopping before a vendor's hut,
she smiled and eyed the work of the young man.
It was decent, she thought,
and he was talented.
Scooping up a clay piece in her hand,
she smiled - rather darkly
and asked, "How much?"

Daria watched the woman laugh with a bit of confusion. Had she said something that funny? She was a strange one, all right. "It's a fun way to live. You meet all sorts of interesting people." She took a sip of her drink. "And have some good drinks along the way."

He could feel her looming over, eyeing him. If you're not buying, leave. He thought, and blinked up at her golden features when she spoke. For a moment when they locked eyes, he could see the dark creases of her smile. Standing from his tiny stool, he towered her in height. With a nod at the piece in her hand, he wiped his hands on a cloth and rose a brow. "That? 5 pieces."

"Too bad I could never travel."
Zeva said finally,
after listening intently to the girl.
"I'd be homesick, certainly."
Her laughter was far from mocking-
more like a churned giggle.
Her fingers skimmed the glass,
and her eyes never looked away from
the clear, transparent drinking cup.

She frowned as she loomed over- eyeing him.
His snarky attitude was laughable,
and his stocky figure was rather appealing.
"Alright." She said,
and gently placed 5 pieces into his hands.
Her golden features shined through the shade
and her eyes remained poised on him.
Before saying anything else,
she cuddled the urn closely to her chest.
"You're talented." Zeva mentioned.
Realizing conversation may be a bother,
she quickly apologized.

Cole crossed his clay stained arms, a defiant pose stating he would go no lower. The sun caught in her bright eyes, and he could see a hint of mockery directed towards him. There was a subtle clench of his jaw.
"Alright." She said.
Dropping his arms to his side, he received the pieces and tossed them in a small sack tied to his belt. As he sat back on his stool, his brows pinched in concentration as he stared down at his work in progress. The corner of his lip tugged, and his crystal eyes twinkled. I know. He seemed to say, and looked up at her when she apologized. "Why?"
