My old Subscription ran out, but I had a Pre Paid 12 Month Premium Membership in my account.
I expected that it would activate as my previous one ran out and that I would be able to normally watch my weekly shows.
It is currently stating that it IS Active.
The probIem is that I am being told by the System that I am not Premium and I cannot use any of the Premium Benefits and I am also unable to watch Episodes from various Series from this Season.

In you FAQ section, I was instructed to contact Costumer Service to manually fix this issue, but have not received any response in 4 days. Can anyone help me?

You're showing as a normal member to me. Have you made sure to check your spam/junk folder for any responses from CR?

im having the same issue, ive been on Crunchyroll for awhile but it seems that after the latest app update my premium staus has been Degraded to regular member instead of Premium. i tried rebewing a subscription but it says ive 'already had trial or im already a premium member' please help so i can watch sone of my favorite anime that came out this weekend

Those links should help if you want to purchase premium but are having a hard time getting past the free trial offer.

If your problem is that you have already paid for a premium membership but your account is showing that you are not a premium member, then you need to contact customer support directly using the Contact Us form. That's not a problem that can be solved by a moderator, nor on the forums (which are primarily members helping other members, with only the occasional visit by a support person, once they've dealt with things that come through the "Contact Us" method.)
