my account keeps saying that I have to upgrade my account to premium membership so I did but it won't give me my perks like no ads and no new updates on new TV shows I even have the receipt saying that I paid for the premium membership which is $6.99 also paid on App store subscription on August 23, 2015 so can you please help me I do not know what to do

Looks like you latest renewal on the 20th failed on the side of iTunes. Please check your iTunes account management.

If you ordered something since then, please check whether you ordered it on the correct account.

I am also having this issue. I've done everything the "Help" section said to do. I checked me subscription management on itunes( which says my membership is active) I've log out, and logged back in, and I've also uninstalled then reinstalled the app. I've also sent you an email.
