I bought the premium membership a day ago on my IPad and none of the features have activated yet... I looked at my subscriptions on my apple account and it says I'm subscribed to crunchyroll... Can anyone help with this?

Looks like the payment via iTunes failed. Check your iTunes account management.

I'll have it looked into. Did you /contact our customer service yet? We might need some screenshots of your iTunes management interface that show that you still have a subscription there.

I am having it too, I contacted support, sent screenshot, nothing has been solved, 6 days and counting. I can log in to crunchy roll with my @mac dress though it's a regular membership. On my appleTV if I choose purchased through iTunes restore the screen goes black. This happens on 2 AppleTV a previous version and a brand new one. On appleTV if I choose to log in using my user and password which works on the web it says user unknown.

Way uncool, seems like crunchyroll server has severe problems when dialoguing with iTunes servers and never received the subscription payment, and since when you purchase using an AppleID you are not asked for a password there seems to be no way to log in by any other method. Customer support says they don't have any account with my AppleID password at all. Very confusing.

The account you are writing from never had a premium subscription through any of the available means.
Your premium account must be associated to a different email address.

Yes exactly, my AppleID email never got associated. Did it twice through Apple TV. Ended with two subscriptions that never worked. I got tired and contacted Apple for a refund which I got. Sorry crunchyroll your system through AppleID doesn't work. Funny thing there's people with the same problem in the forums for over a year so you seem to not have a clue.
