Hello I was just wondering has anyone else with windows 10 had this problem? I have already checked all my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled Flash, And tested it in all my browsers.

IE-11

Edge disproves of your need for Flash.

Edge with Flash enabled. Found in advanced settings.

Firefox 40.0.2

It also works in Firefox (what I normally use) on my Windows 10 system. It seems clear the issue is within your computer, rather than anything with CR.

Have you tried clearing the Flash's own cache (common to all browsers)?:

Yes, I have tried that. I also turned it to bock all to see if that would help. It did not.

Try creating a new user account in Windows, log into that, and see if the problem persists.

Way ahead of you, I have just now reinstalled windows. It still doesn't work. I think at this point it might be Comcast's fault if anything.

I'm on Comcast as well, so if that had anything to do with it, it must be a regional issue. I do have Google Public DNS set as my primary DNS and Comcast as the secondary, but I have my doubts that small difference could have anything to do with the issue at hand.

If it was a clean re-install and you tested it again in Edge or IE before installing any additional software and got the same result, that would indeed be puzzling.

Have you had the opportunity to test out CR on anyone else's Windows PC in your area?

One more thought: When I tried a fresh install of Windows 10 on this PC, it didn't install the proper video driver; just a basic one (and insisted it was the best one available). Due to the age of my hardware, I had to go back and grab an old Windows 7 driver and install that manually. You may want to check that the video driver listed in the Device Manager is the correct one, although I expect if that was the problem, other Flash-enabled sites would be affected.

Are there any extensions installed for your browser? Or is there a software or hardware firewall active that could be blocking content?

Yea, I tested it on my friends laptop. It still didn't work. Just this strange no video for you.

Edge doesn't have extensions yet. Firefox even after refresh still does the same thing. Second I am using the default windows Firewall atm, since I just did a fresh install and it is still doing the same thing. Before I was using Bitdefender's.

Just got the default video support link back. Will attempt to reply to them and get some support.

Finally fixed it. Adobe support got back to me and said it was because crunchy roll has yet to update so they do not need to use third-party flash content. Gave me a link to re-enable it on Firefox and everything. For security reasons they turned it off on some versions.

Here is link 2nd to bottom needs to be clicked on. This is for any other fool who gets stuck because of bad support.

Sounds like you changed the settings there previously. I have a freshly installed Win10 here and it worked out of the box (on Chrome though).
