Can you try uninstalling the app, removing the authorization for the device, and then reinstalling it?

Well slap me silly, that worked.
Thank you for doing what the direct support team did not, and troubleshooting this for me.

So is the thinking that duplicate authorizations are created when patches roll out, and somehow those conflict? I had two instances of my phone, with different ID codes (I've only used the one phone) listed. One was dated as originating at my accounts creation and the other was dated as originating today. I deleted both after uninstalling the app, then a new one was created when I signed in on the app after reinstalling.
