I realize i have a pending account but i want this fixed now, ive been trying for 3 months now to cancel and i cant pay for this stuff anymore. Your "support" doesnt email back and is no help at all.

I have a question, since I already cancelled my subscription, it expires next month, but when I checked my premium membership status, it said that it's recurring and my next payment is next month. I contacted customer support, but it didn't really answer my question. So will I be charged again next month or will it end and I won't be a member anymore? If I will be charged, could you cancel my subscription?

Well, you do get to finish your month you paid for, so that's probably why it still says that, but if you get charged again, it's something that Apple did and you would have to deal with their customer support. CR isn't the one managing account payments when you sub through iTunes.

I'm having trouble with a pending payment that I know I can't afford at the moment, I read the free trial wrong as a free month and not two weeks. I intended on canceling it when the time ran out and purchasing a membership when I could afford one, but now I can't cancel the membership, please help.

You should /contact customer support directly for any billing issues.

I am having a similar problem. I thought i had canceled my subscription for a while now but after checking my bank account i saw that i was still getting debited the money from the subscription. Now im trying to cancel it and when i click the "Cancel Premium Membership" button, nothing happens.
Any help?

I'm also experiencing this issue too since I'm going to be a VRV user. (Trying to cancel so I don't get charged twice.)

I have pending charge from 2016... i wanna get my account subbed again.. how do i do it? since i cant cancel or make a new subrscription without getting that sorted.

I'm trying to cancel my subscription as well. I'm certain I cancelled my premium membership, but even though I'm signed up for a yearly payment, I still get weekly charges. Pushing the "Cancel Recurring Payments" button just sends me to the survey with the "You may not cancel your membership at this time" message. If I were to nuke my account, how would that affect things?

You shouldn't nuke until you get your billing problem sorted out with support: /contact
