Can I please cancel my subscription. I don't have a lot of time to watch animes anymore.

I remember me trying to cancel my subscription months ago and I thought I did, apparently it still charged me and for some reason it still is. I've contacted support and I'm still waiting for their response. The next billing is in 5 days and this is slightly urgent.

I've also tried removing my payment method via 'manage payment method' just to be sure but even there I can only edit my payment rather than remove it. Please I need this thing removed.

If via Paypal, you should make sure recurring payments are turned off there as well: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist

At this point I just want all plans of renewal and any further recurring payments gone. I don't care if it cancels my current premium membership. My payments are via credit and I've contacted support about it, I just thought I'd post in this forum so I could get more recognition. Do they reply directly through email or crunchyroll inbox?

Through email. That's one reason they make you verify it. A lot of CR email gets filtered as spam, though, so you may need to check your spam folders to see if a response showed up there.

I haven't been replied to yet. My next billing cycle is in 3 days and I honestly want this gone before it takes anymore money from me. I haven't used this site in over 2 months because I thought I had cancelled my membership (and I'm pretty sure I did but for some reason it still billed me). I know it sounds a bit impatient but the sooner I get rid of it the less task I'll have to do trying to get a refund.

I've gotten my ticket resolved and I was told that my premium account will disappear once it expires but when I look at my account it shows that I still have recurring payments... Is that a website problem or?

can someone help cancel the auto renewal cause I though I cancel it when I got vrv but then I got an email saying that I'm paying double and wont let me cancel can any admin do it on their end i just don't want to spend twice as much for one streaming thank u

Ive been trying to cancel free trial subscription, says to wait 24 hours (which i did) & yet it says
You cannot cancel your free trial while your billing information is being validated. Please try again at a later time.-
How can i fix this so i won't get charged?

I too would like my account to not say "Recurring: Yes" after already trying to cancel my membership & contacting through email. Could you let me know what my status is like on your end? If you can change the recurring status to no for me, it would be appreciated.

You'll need to put in a direct support request for that (if it was via direct credit card here): /contact

If you were using PayPal, you also need to manually cancel here yourself: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/

Or if you used iTunes, you need to cancel your subscription there... https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

After contacting customer service for directly using my credit card I received a response from customer service saying they "disabled recurring payments" on my account. I logged in to check the status of recurring payments and it still reads "Recurring: Yes." Does this mean it will read "Recurring: Yes" until the "end of the paid period" or does the recurring pay status need to read "Recurring: No"?
