A year ago I was gifted a 12 month subscription from my friend as a birthday gift. Now that the subscription just ran out, I want to renew it. He sent me a Premium+ subscription but I have no use for the "+" aspect as I just basically stream and do not shop online. I am mostly interested so I can not have commercials and have access to the HD. I would like to renew my membership at the Premium level, but it says "Not Available." Help? I am not interested in the P+ level. It is too expensive and I wont use it. It's quite frustrating!

Right now it shows that you are still a premium+ member, so it seems either you actually did renew or the subscription hasn't quite run out.

If it's just that the membership hasn't quite run out, then I suggest waiting until it does, and shows you as a "Normal" member. Once that happens you should be able sign up for the regular Premium membership.

If you actually did just renew without actually meaning to, then do contact customer support directly via the Contact Us form. I imagine that if it's only been a day two they would be able to cancel your Premium+ and give you a refund, and also get you set up with regular Premium and charge for that correctly.

Well, now iit allows me to select the Premium level but it sends me to the Free Trial page, which I am apparently not eligible for. I am trying to find a regular page I can change my account status on that does not offer the Free Trial but I can't find it for the life of me. Why is it so hard to give ya'll my money? Getting frustrated.

Nevermind everyone, I figured it out. It's a little hard to find but it was there... Wish it was more user friendly!
