So, my old account (pikpikbak) seems to be missing. When I put my email into the forgot password or 'email or username' field it says that there is no account by that name. I've been paying for premium and the account was working only a few days ago.

Clearly, your account isn't "missing" (http://www.crunchyroll.com/user/pikpikbak).
Try using the "Contact Us" form for your issue (http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact)

It sounds like your account has been hijacked. Typically the first thing they do is change the e-mail address on file (which keeps the password reset function from working for you) and then they change the password.

Someone at CR will need to reset the account for you before you can regain access.

Once they do, change the password and make certain it is unique (i.e., using "FavoriteWord14" at one site and "FavoriteWord29" at another isn't unique enough).
