Hey there,

I started using Crunchyroll sometime this Summer and ended up entering my credit card information in order to get the free trial. This was all done on the Xbox. It was said that one could easily unsubscribe from the program. However, I am unable to sign in online with my Microsoft account (gamertag is "Onyx Leviathan"). How do I go about unsubscribing from the paid subscription?

You need to log in with either your CR username or email address, not your Xbox gamertag.

I'd never used Crunchyroll before I did on Xbox. It didn't ask me to create an account. This is why I thought I could use my Xbox LIVE e-mail, but it said there was no account with CR that had that e-mail, nor any of my e-mails. I just wish someone could find my account on Xbox LIVE and cancel my subscription. I'm paying with card through Xbox and I see no way to stop being billed without some official action being taken.

Updating: I still have received no word from customer service after days and my account was billed AGAIN. All I need to know is how to log on with my xbox account and terminate my membership. Please, god just help me do this. I never made an account before doing this to get help. On Xbox, I simply used my profile to create my CR account. Please. Help me. Erase this.

Did you try logging in with the username you created when you made the account on Xbox, instead of an email address?

Yes, absolutely. I tried signing in with my gamertag (Onyx Leviathan) and my password from xbox, but it didn't work.
