Here is my issue. I purchased a yearly subscription via pay pal had an instant confirmation and could use premium for about 24 hours before suddenly I get an e-mail stating I ran out of premium and I need to upgrade. All of my what. So I decided to contact support and wait... and wait... and wait some more. (Still no answer btw). Here is what I think happened. When my free trial expired there was no automatic authorization setup from my paypal and when the one month recurring automatic payment wanted to kick in nothing happened and it eventually canceled. I noticed that the order failed to go through so I manually purchased a years worth since I thought it to be the best deal. I went ahead and paid, the order was completed the money is definitely transferred and is out of my bank account. Now, that membership became active yet there my have been a conflict with the last billing failing the benefits rolling on then ending after I purchased the yearly subscription thus accidentally shutting down my purchased premium. (This is all just speculation)

I would dearly appreciate you guys look in to this. If you can't fix it. then pleas take steps to reimburse me. Thank you.

You seem to be properly Premium right now. I assume your support ticket is still open?

It was fixed thank you. It seems my ticket was resolved. Thank you anyway. You guys may want to look in to the problem I had for future reference of other people having the same issue. It may just be a bug within the system. I apologize for being angry but I did pay for a product and was worried I wouldn't receive it any time soon.
