If you signed up while the page still said the Loot Crate offer was in effect, you will be emailed a code. Just be patient.

However, yesterday afternoon/evening the offer was closed down due to high demand and limited quantities. If you went to the sign-up page when it either was offering just a 14-day Crunchyroll trial, or when there was a message saying the Loot Crate offer was no longer available (but still offered a 30-day Crunchyroll trial) then you will not receive a code.


But what good is it if the code is invalid?

So i should wait till the 10th to see if i receive a email? and if i don't contact customer support? its already been 2 days. I would've had it by now. I've check Trash, promotion, social, inbox, pretty much everything.

This is pretty bad form, CrunchyRoll. I'm in the same boat as many here it sounds like: I got the email with the code, followed all the instructions (made sure there were no spaces before/after, I'm in the US, I've never been a Loot Crate subscriber), and the code says invalid.

I contacted support, twice, and both times they sent me instructions telling me to wait for my code to be sent. Which, as I stated in my message to them, ISN'T MY PROBLEM. I have the code, it just doesn't work. They must not be reading the support emails they get and they're just sending a boilerplate email for what I'm guessing is the most common problem - not getting the code.

In the meantime, those of us who have an invalid code can't even get an answer to our questions.

UPDATE: I FINALLY GOT MY INVALID CODE SITUATION FIXED. Here's how:

I ended up giving up on CrunchyRoll and going straight to Loot Crate's customer support. I explained my situation, sent them a screenshot of the email with the invalid code that CrunchyRoll sent, and they very quickly gave me a new code that worked.

Anyone who has an invalid code might try that as well.

Go to:
https://help.lootcrate.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Fill out the form (I used "Billing" as my issue). Make sure to include a screenshot of the email that CrunchyRoll sent you with the invalid code.

Worked for me. Hope that helps!

they didnt even send me a code and its been a week now. its my birthday tomorrow too....

Anyone else notice they took down the facebook post about it too?

If you haven't received it by the end of today, contact customer support directly at Contact Us

They probably took down the Facebook post because the promotion is over and most users who were expecting to receive codes should receive them by the end of today.

still no reply to my ticket, still no reply to my posts on facebook and still nothing else. i signed up a week ago. i read they were supposed to hand them out already but i still got nothing.

Same as the others in the thread, I emailed support 4 days ago, and I haven't received a code or even a response to the email. The promotion is going to be closing on Loot Crate's end in the next few days, isn't it?

EDIT: Since posting this, I received an email saying there was a limited supply of coupons. I signed up on 9/6/2015 at about 9:00 PM, and the email says that the promotion ended on 9/6/2015 at 5:00 PM. The site still showed the promotion when I signed up, but obviously I won't be receiving anything. If you haven't gotten an email by now, I would assume that you simply won't receive a code.

You signed up on 2015-09-07 at 01:52:02 in the night, which was past the availability phase of the codes.
