Hi there Crunchyroll, first I would like to say I love this site and have been a subscriber for a really long while and have used many platforms including Pc, smart phone, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, and the Wii U. But the issue i'd like to bring to hand right now is about the Wii U Crunchyroll app. I have been having many issues with just the Wii U app and don't have these issues aside for one on the Playstation 4 app. The app seems to have a few problems which are stated below.

*for the first issue: it'll cut off the last 20 minutes of an episode and go to the next forcing me to go back to that episode only to have it do the same thing 2-3 episodes later.

*for the second issue: it'll completely close out the episode bringing me back to the menu of my currently bookmarked episodes forcing me to go back into the episode.

*and for the third and final issue: The app seems to just love buffering constantly. I have a stable connection and don't have this problem on the PC but this problem also affects my Playstation 4 and did with my Xbox 360 when i had it. so it seems to be an issue regarding consoles and one that I see pop up. but it happens often enough to be annoying, the episode will be playing fine but suddenly it'll start buffering every 2-5 seconds, even when I paused it for around 15 minutes it would continue to buffer every 2-5 seconds after i hit play.

I really do hope you can fix these issues soon and I want to thank you all for your hard work when confronting and fixing any issues that pop up and for your hard work in general. and I would like to thank you for your time looking over all this.
I am a big console user and prefer using it for this, Netflix, and YouTube compared to my computer and I just really hope that you all can get these issues.

Hey there. I see the issue and let me see if some of our most common fixes will help. Sometimes all it takes is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work see if you are in the right servers using the instructions on the bottom of this page. https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205402055-The-videos-aren-t-working-properly-What-s-wrong-
