I still think even Jeremy Scott does a better job than most anime t-shirt artists, even if his stuff is messy. His stuff is intentionally messy, but it more or less gets a point across without being downright ugly. Sometimes. I mean not to say all his stuff is wearable, but I'd wear the shirt below if I had it. The way the text is done is actually very appealing to me, the drippy font corresponds well with the color and general theme he's trying to go for.

I actually really like this shirt. Too bad it's - a. Not being sold anymore, b. Overpriced as hell, and c. Designer, see b.

I agree. I like the minimal styles the best. Or at least have the big picture of some character on the back of the shirt....not on the front. Especially since (as a female) my boobs make the character's face look weird.....

It's even better when you can discretely cosplay a character because their design is casual. Like heck yeah.

Agree, unless I wanted to look like a massive pedo-weaboo.

I'd rock my One Piece shirt but it's a little small since my Japanese exchange student got it from Japan. And their XL there is like a M here lol.

This Noragami t-shirt is quite minimal, even if the graffiti is missing one little thing (see if you can spot it :P)

And those teefury ones look pretty good too...I'd get one if it weren't for the terrible exchange rate and shipping to my country

I like 'em in some cases. It depends. A lot of design can look good.

I don't have anything against the shirts with the really big designs on them, own a few myself, but don't wear them out. They are for sleeping in. I have a few that actually look decent and I wear them to go to the movies or stuff like that

Minimal or discrete look best.

I rarely wear this No Game No Life shirt
. I use to wear it more often when I first got it, but between people constantly asking what it meant and my reevaluation of my choice of clothes I've nearly stopped. I would buy the hell out of clothes anime characters actually wear. A lot of the clothes look good.
