I've read all the manga, and watched the series, but I was wondering if the manga is still ongoing? I just find it really interesting.

I would assume it's ongoing since Crunchyroll got a new chapter for it very recently (like some time in the past week).

Unfortunately, doesn't update very often (it's a monthly serialization, I believe?). But yes, new chapters are still being regularly released.

As for similar Rom-Coms; all of these are Rom-Coms where the main couple live under the same roof, often with other people who provide various comedic antics. Note that they otherwise don't have a lot in common, so read the descriptions to figure out which ones look interesting to you. (Though I've read and liked all of them.)

Maison Ikokku
Ah My Goddess
Living Game
Orange Yane no Chisiisana Ie
Ai Yori Aoshi
Love Hina
Taiyo no Ie
Toshiue no Hito (extremely ecchi)
Koibana Onsen (extremely ecchi)
Bounnouji
Kagetora
Fruits Basket
Parrallel
To Love Ru
Sankarea

If you just want ones on CR:

Is This Girl For Real (warning, it ends very abruptly)
My Wife is Wagatsuma-San (well, at least part of the time they live together; read the first two chapters, and you'll understand)
Maga Tsuki

Abrupt is an understatement for "Is This Girl For Real." I don't think I've seen anyone who's happy with the way that manga ended. Haven't read Wagatsuma-san so I can't comment. Maga-Tsuki is fantastic. If you have a strong aversion to harem manga then it might not be your cup of tea but I would recommend trying it anyways since it departs from many of the tropes you find in most harem manga.

Seitokai Yakuindomo might be a good fit now that I think about it. Similar in the way it focuses largely on the comedy but still has a bit of progression between the characters. Friendly warning though it's very heavy on "adult themes."

Oh and for Crunchyroll manga I would probably add Sweetness & Lightning since it's also pretty good on the lighthearted mindset that I like about Bokura wa minna kawaisou. It also has that slow moving romance thing going on.
