I don't know exactly where this fits, so I'm putting it in movies, TV shows, and Asian drama to be safe. Anyway, I was wondering why Crunchyroll has nothing from Kamen Rider. I have seen some of the stuff out there and enjoyed it immensely. I got into the series, sadly, though Saban's horribly bad Masked Rider. I put it so far out of my head that I was amazed when another attempt at adapting the concept was brought over in the form of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, which was actually pretty cool (the thing even won the first ever daytime emmy award for stuntwork!) and so I have to wonder why it is that Crunchyroll has yet to put up anything from Kamen Rider. They have several Ultraman shows, which is great, but not really what I'm hungry for when it comes to shows of the superhero nature when it comes to live action Asian TV. Is this something Crunchy is pursuing, or has it been a case where Toei has just been unwilling to let the franchise appear here thus far?

You're not the first to ask the question. Apparently Toei wants too much for their products. That's why there's no Super Sentai here either. It's too bad but maybe someday that will change.

Same thing can be asked why Dramafever hasn't added more J-dramas when DF is owned by Softbank ( I can say the same for Viki despite being owned by Rakuten).

To be honest, I'm not sure why Kamen Rider nor Super Sentai are not on streaming site like Crunchyroll, Dramafever, Viki, or Hulu despite Korean dramas popularity in the US proved that there are audiences that are willing to watch these shows. To be honest, the Japanese companies that made toku and J-dramas don't know a good market when they see one. I mean the Japanese companies didn't market Toku nor J-dramas to Latin/South America when Korean and Taiwanese dramas are gaining a lot of popularity in that area.
