United States is not the only America.. Central America, South America, this woman didn't pay attention in school.

Also, what's the deal with red vs green peppers..? Only a slightly different taste? When she says her "kids don't eat green things" what kinds of things is she feeding her kids?

They taste pretty much the same. I don't get why people have to make mountains out of molehills. It's as though customer service workers aren't people with feelings and the ability to judge you based on your ridiculous behavior. Although amazing rudeness is more common at places that cater to lower-class clientele, you occasionally get crazy rich people, too. I would be so happy if I had so few other problems that getting green instead of red bell peppers felt major enough to be outraged over.

This is why people should not be taught that they are entitled to anything. Even their rights. Rights should be taught as privileges that you get to keep based on maintaining good behavior and proper conduct. You earn them for being a decent human being and not being a scumbag.

I think they're literally the same thing thats why.
Green bell peppers are just bell peppers that haven't turned red yet.
Its the same with green tomatoes.

They probably use green bell peppers because they're easier to fry/cook for whatever Kabob she asked for.
smfh

Its different for me. All the places I went to with upper middle-class & rich folk, I swear I would see at least one rude shit somewhere.
My school is full of them.
One of my friends in elementary school who was upper middle-class had some rather snotty neighbors too.

But I agree. People should not always feel entitled.
Entitledment in most cases, are highly unnecessary imo. Like in this case lol

Rude customers should be kicked out. She should be grateful she still got the food. Unless her kids are allergic to the color green, she shouldn't be complaining.

I laughed when she walked straight into that door.

Sadly in the case of businesses almost always, it's "the customer is always right". I used to work for a catering company that usually put the client over the employee, even if the client was in the wrong, the employee was the one that got chewed out.

Green peppers are usually more mild than red peppers, so depending on the type of peppers they were could have a big impact. Now she went about it the wrong way and should have just said she asked for green instead of red and then had them switch the order.

Interesting fact: The United States of America does not have an official language, so I don't know where some people get the nerve to tell anyone they should speak English because they're in America.

Really? Haha that is amazing, I never knew that.

A little off-topic, but am I the only one who thought of a ghost / something paranormal upon reading "White Lady" in the title?

I know we laugh, but sadly it sounds like she's under a lot of stress.
Unfortunately, people tend to lash out at others when they're wound up that tightly.
Doesn't mean she isn't still an entitled bitch, but we should probably feel pity for both parties here.

Feel pity for her? Why? I've worked in both food service, in the past, and in retail as mostly a Cashier, and in a couple of other customer service jobs over my working career. There's no reason for her to be yelling at the workers, stress or not. Whatever her issues are, that's no reason to take them out on other people, especially on people who are getting her food. Just because someone works in something that you may deem a 'lower station' doesn't give anyone else the right to yell at and harass them. I've had this happen to me several times in the past before and I have never felt pity for them because of how they made me feel by the way they were acting. There's just no excuse for this.

Woah, hey hey - I hear you. I've worked nothing but service.
I've had my collar grabbed, drinks thrown at me, and I've been slapped on the job.
But this woman is clearly having some sort of mental breakdown. She needs to get some help.
I know that it's "wrong", but people do this sort of thing everyday. Like I said, I'd know. This is just yelling though.

It takes a strong man/woman to not crack under pressure of daily life sometimes. Idk if this was an example of that or that lady's just a bee-ach.
