No, but I am a musician.
Do you expect a high correlation of musicians and anime fans, or just curious?

I took vocal music throughout all four years of high school as well as participating in the choir as an extracurricular.

I took an introductory course in instrumental music in my last year of high school and then they gave me the french horn because I had more experience. I tried my hardest to learn the instrument, taking it home every day that I could and even asking other students for tutoring. When I didn't seem to be making any progress, I talked to the teacher about it and she didn't want me to switch instruments, but let me try out some more instruments from the brass section and had no luck with those either so I dropped the course right before the dropping deadline and never looked back.

During high school I took guitar lessons from an independent musician, and I still have my guitar but I never managed to build calluses even though I practised everyday. I don't think I'm cut out for instruments, which is sad, because anyone can sing.

i took a music course this summer, though this was more of a writing class than an actual music course.
i did take piano class when i was little (and was able to somehow read the hieroglyphs known as "music sheets")

Yeah. I was in band....and I took piano (even with my fail of a hand XD). And as for non-classes. Whenever I went to someone's church or place of worship, I'd always wind up with them in their choir.... Which I find to be hilarious because I cannot sing. And even if I could, I would have issues because I damaged my throat in HS.

I've played the Alto, Tenor and Baritone Saxophone. Along with playing the Violin for a short while(I didn't want to wake up early to go to practice) and I've some what played the Piano and Guitar. I was also in choir/chorus but I'm not very musicly talented via voice...

I think your jazz skills can make up for your singing and I like to listen to jazz in my free time.

No. My high school didn't over music classes and I wasn't interested in taking a course in college.

You know that may be very true(but most of my saxophone skill is gone, I haven't played in about 4 years). Plus jazz is an amazing form of music, I almost have no words on how to describe how awesome it is especially with all the sub-genres within jazz.
