I don't care what genree...just some quality...

Based off of your list I can up with a bunch of different genres as I'm not sure what mood you are in but I listed them in order as I thought they would interest you the most hope this helps:

Usagi Drop: A nice watercolor anime about life with an adult protagonist who adopts a little girl and the challenges with this.

Kino's Journey: A really deep thinking anime that is great to watch an episode a day and thing about the themes it present with an adult protagonist.

EF: A Tale of Memories: A really good romance with far more mature themes than Clannad After Story (although the cast is mostly teenagers), unique animation and a bit of mystery with the story taking place in Japan and Australia.

Baccano: A real good action anime with well developed (almost all adult) cast and story.

Casshern Sins would be good if you want something dark/emotional with memorable art/music. Three other shows that are grouped in my mind are [C] Control, Black Rock Shooter (not licensed, unfortunately), and Dream Eater Merry.

Casshern Sins
[C] Control

Black Rock Shooter
Dream Eater Merry

Those are four I go for when I want to watch something a bit different than the norm.

If you'd like to change it up with some comedy you might like Daily Lives of High School Boys, /aiura (a quick series of short episodes, wish there were more), /yuyushiki, and for something that's really novel /humanity-has-declined.

Daily Lives of High School Boys
Aiura

Yuyushiki
Humanity Has Declined

Links are to Hulu/CR.

Well, leaving out what's already on your "to watch list": Mushishi, Space Brothers, Erin, Mononoke, Seirei no Moribito, Last Exile, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure,

Karas, the most recommended one for me. I think you'll LOVE this one.

Kannazuki no Miko, its mecha but also yuri. Very feels toward the end.

The first two shows Insomnist recommended.

Given your list:

I'll second ef: Tale of Memories. Similar art style as the Monogatari series, and a solid dramatic romance.

Some other ideas:

Given that you like Kimi ni Todoke, I'd recommend you try both My Love Story and Say "I Love You" (the latter is on your to-watch list). My Love Story has a similarly sweet and easy-going feel to it; Say "I Love You" starts in a similar place, but the relationship moves at the speed of light, in comparison.

Kanon has very similar to the other Key anime (Clannad in particular); also, like Clannad, it's weakest plot arc comes first. Still, if you're in the mood for that kind of thing, it's worth while.

Usagi Drop is great slice-of-life, as mentioned. Hanasku Iroha is very good slice-of-life combined with a pretty good romance, and is often overlooked. Spice and Wolf is a very well done show, and a fascinating universe, though a bit slow moving at times.

Seems your to watch list is what I would recommend, not sure why you need help looking for more with a list like that. But I do recommend Amagi brilliant park, that was such a good one for a newer one.

I feel that part of the charm about Kimi no todoke was that it was so damn slow. It was so frustrating to watch, and yet so satisfying in the end.
