I think I see where you're coming from I mean typically if a woman gets hit people are all over that shit like hot cakes, but women does say "You can't hit me because I'm a woman" because that is how people are now a days and when a guy says "You can't hit me because I'm a guy" People don't take it as serious?
Forgive me if I'm not on point

Theres no doubt that women want equal rights only when it suits them. They still happy to play the victim when it suits them.
And they would still be surpised as f**k if they hit you and you hit them back. Prolly expect everyone to jump in for them and prolly call the cops even if they the ones that acted with violence first.
Of course i am not speaking for every female, but i beleive the majority.

But where do we draw the line? For instance, do you think there are bullies that deserve to maybe take a punch from terrorizing their victim mentally?

ps. For the example above i'm talking about taking a punch from someone other than the victim. In most cases the victim doesn't dare retaliate, so should a good samaritan give the bullies a mild beating? Is that "right"?

Well okay. I might have misstated when I said "want", you can wish your bullies gets a punch in the face for being an asshole but putting into action might be a whole other story. If someone is name calling you can always name call them back

The last fight I got in (about four months ago) involved a woman on the local bus here in DC.

She was bat shit crazy and looking for a fight. Nobody on the bus, male or female, blamed me.
I just count myself lucky she didn't pull a knife. There's been a LOT of murders so far this year in DC that started exactly like this. I'm also glad I was able to pull her off her intended target, an elderly woman.

You're probably the most on point.

The lot of you are summing up physical hitting in general; to not hit. I meant it to be as... Well, the weird side of "gender equality".

The norm says "You cannot hit a woman", but by all means whale your fists on the man. What if you were to hear, "You can't hit me! I'm a guy!".

Whether it be wrong, or right in some senses, I wasn't saying "No one should hit anyone".

I think it ultimately comes down to what buttons get pushed, psychologically speaking.

People are people, and everyone has instincts. If you set them off, you get to deal with the consequences. Gender literally doesn't matter.

Been too many threads about this?
or maybe not the "You can't hit me! I'm a guy!" but rather I can't or wont really hit a women because of said reasons (most likely have to cross the line a bit further)

Depends on how big the female is, if its a petite women, then I will try to keep my distance without hitting. If its a big girl on the other hand, gloves are off after I ask them to stop. And if any captain save-a-wench tries to get in my way they will also be catching a fade.

I should be able to hit anyone who hits me first, even women, given most circumstances.

I've been known to punch a girl.

It should be noted: said girl was 5'11", weighed over 200lbs and kicked my ass afterwards. I would do the same again today were I in the same position. She was not a nice person.
