I have bought membership through itunes and it is not cancelling, i have tried to go to my settings and cancel but it says it was cancelled in june but it wasn't, I have also recieved messages and emails that it has been cacnelled but was not. if an admin could please cancel that would be great.

Have you tried to find a customer support phone number? All they seem to have is email support? I'm discovering there's not a lot of "support" from crunch roll...
I love the anime and Manga availability, but when there's a problem....

OP, you may need to talk with the folks at Itunes.

As eyeofpain said, you need to use the iTunes interface. All premium subscriptions through iTunes need to be handled on their end - we have no access to their billing.
