Hi,

I would like to cancel my free trial before I get charged for my first month of premium, which I believe will be in under 24 hours. Unfortunately, when I try to cancel this through the settings page I get the message "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request".

I've already emailed support but with no reply as of yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I leave for basic right at the end of my current Crunchyroll membership, and am wanting to cancel it for a couple of months, since I will obviously not be able to use it, but I can't, because of this error

A devious plan, they lure you in with a free trial and then make it so you can't ever leave. Brilliant.

Hi again,

I found a solution if you use paypal.
Go paypal, click Profile ---> My Money ---> My preapproved payments --> Update
Cancel the subscription there, Done =)

You'll need to contact customer support directly, using the Contact Us form.

Because the message is so ambiguous I don't know if this is a temporary site issue, or the usual message received when you try canceling when payment info has already been sent for processing. If you are on your last day of your subscription month it could easily be the latter.

I have more than a week left, and have tried contacting them, nothing as of yet

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to cancel my Premium Membership and I'm getting that same error (Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Mobile Dolphin browser etc.). I believe that it's a temporary site issue.

My trial wasn't supposed to be over until midnight, but it already has me down for a month and now it's not letting me cancel.
