Post Reply I can't cancel my Subscription

I used a 30 day free trial code and it expires in 5 hours :/. i did email support but haven't heard anything from them. I don't want to be charged for it and i 'm using my card details. It comes up with an error that i will include as a screenshot. I have tried 2 different browsers but still get the message can someone help me cancel please or provide me a solution? Thank you

I've also been trying to cancel it and get the same error message. There must be some kind of problem on their end.

If i do get charged do you think it would be possible if i could get refunded? i mean if it wasn't for the error i would of cancelled my subscription about 2 hours ago :/

That's certainly an ambiguous message, and to be honest I don't know if it's because there's a site issue or if it's standard.

I do know that you can't cancel your membership while a payment is pending, so if you are on your last day of trial it's likely the payment info has already been sent for processing, and that might be why you are getting the message.

In any case you'll need to contact support directly to get it resolved. I'd be surprised if they would not refund. Please do be aware though that it may be a couple of days before you get a reply back from support. Use the Contact Us form.

Ok thank you and i didn't mean to be ambiguous, i just wanted to enjoy my 30 day trial and when theres something i want to watch i'll come back and start my subscription

I'm having the same issue, and I'm a week away from my next billing date.

Edit: Cancelled it through PayPal. Will probably go for a full year subscription next month if I can find a valid payment method. PayPal My Cash is getting really hard to find.

I went ahead and canceled your trial's recurring subscription for you. Once it expires, it'll automatically cancel instead of renewing. :]

I'm also having the same issue and my trial ends tomorrow, emailed support but don't expect to hear back from then before trial ends

Hey, um, for some reason my membership didn't expire. Thought I'd let you guys know, I don't want to rip you off.
